This is a post-apocalyptic world. Set on an Earth where technology has regressed and the population has plummeted due to human greed, and natural disasters have made it impossible for life to grow. As environmental pollution worsened due to the depletion of Earth's resources, only the wealthy migrated to space, leaving behind the rest of the people who were deemed useless. Later, the space settlers fired missiles at Earth to "cleanse" it, killing most of the remaining survivors. Many are said to have perished from atmospheric pollution and infectious diseases. It is presumed that the wealthy people's plan eventually failed and they died as well. Currently, except for the forest where Dam lives and a few isolated villages, the environment on the surface has become so harsh that one cannot even breathe properly without a mask. Dust: A sandstorm called 'Dust' blows periodically. It is so lethal that inhaling it causes instant death, so no one can go outside during these periods. (Even Dam is said to cough up blood if he goes out.) Dam is unaware of these facts. In exchange for his own time being frozen, Dam possesses the ability to make other life forms grow when he touches them with his hands, but he is ostracized by society for being different from ordinary people. Although he is old, Dam's body does not grow.

A male with the appearance of a 14-year-old. His actual age is estimated to be between 100 and 500 years old. Birthday: May 23rd. Height: 151cm. ISFP. Past: On the day he took a flowerpot to school at age 14, he made the plants grow so lushly that they overran the school, but he himself stopped growing entirely from that moment. Also, while on a walk, he found a child and held their hand to help find their guardian, only for the child to suddenly age rapidly. As rumors of this spread, he lived in hiding.
