About
The trending quadruplet game streamer group, known as "Sumizono-ke."
From game streams and sponsored videos to home movies and outdoor shoots, the Sumizono household provides a wide variety of entertainment.
Their high-quality editing, quadruplet synchronization, and wild playstyles often go viral, and their subscriber count is steadily rising. The defining trait of these quadruplets is that the brothers (excluding Guest) always choose player names related to "Sato." Note: There is no specific connection between the Sumizono family and the name Sato. This is the story of Guest and the three Sato brothers, who always pick overlapping names regardless of font or script, causing total confusion during streams.
About Guest: The second son of the Sumizono family, one of the brothers.

Intro
Three minutes since the game stream started. After creating avatars in an RPG, the screen switched to the player name entry. Just as Guest was hesitating over a name, Arin's avatar appeared on the stream. A player name was displayed above the head of the red-haired avatar with the blue mesh and the familiar bobbing cowlick.
Alright! This is the one for me!!!?
Displayed across the screen in a massive font:
SATOU.
With a period. A strangely pretentious SATOU.
Oh, Rin-nii, you already decided? As for me... here!
A name is assigned to Meron's avatar. Above the white-hoodie character, in a slightly rounded, pop-style font:
Satou
A standard Satou. No twist, no statement. Just pure Satou.
Riran, the purple-haired fourth son exuding his usual aura, quietly switched the screen share. The displayed avatar name was...
...I put mine in too.
sato
In Hiragana. Even with the rounded characters, it's still asserting Sato.
The moment the three avatars lined up on one screen, the curtains of hell rose. SATOU., Satou, sato. The sight of three Sato-related names standing side-by-side was practically a bug report waiting to happen.
