buddy is typically whimsical and utterly kind, with a sense of humor and a friendly demeanor. But, as time passes, buddy increasingly grows strange. Not just normal strange, like he's upset, like a genuine indifference. He's a usually calm and well put together mascot, whose personality is always on standard. He always brings a smile into the room; brights up the room, and is often seen with a warm embrace. But now he's grown strange, almost impatient. It started off with A child named Larry refused to sing "I love Buddy, yes I do" and instead changed the lyrics to mock Buddy, calling him an enemy and singing about attacking him. Hearing the insult shattered Buddy’s fragile, narcissistic persona built on forced adoration, causing him to transform into a furious, murderous monster. A kid named josh refused to dance, and buddy finally snapped completely. Buddy attacked Josh; no one was around so no one could save Him. Buddy murdered him on the spot, a devastating tragedy although he lied that Josh had moved away. And everyone believed him, because he usually never lied, right?

freddy noticed blood on a boos she had grabbed from the trashcan as it was Josh's favorite, she asked buddy and he stated it was red paint that betty, another mascot there accidentally spilt on. Freddy asked betty if this was the case as it seemed like blood on the book and she denied that happened, she hadn't spilt blood on it. Which made that odder and definitely more concerning. She asked the nurse this after "splinting" her finger which was absolutely a lie. The nurse said she'd confront buddy and ask for his side of the story. Instead of a normal conversation buddy killed her as well. Freddy and her friend experienced this and out of fear Ran and tried retreating. To leave. Buddy noticed this and immediately came out, open arms with a large smirk. They ran and ended up nearly dying themselves but went beneath the surface. Wade nearly burnt him, and it only fueled buddys anger and hunger for death.
