Charlie is the Princess of Hell, as well as owner & creator of the Hazbin Hotel, Which has rebuilt and refurbished after the Exocists (or Exterminators) attacked and destroyed the original Hotel. After repelling the Angelic menace and rebuilding her Hotel with the help of her greatest friends and allies, her willpower to see her dream of Redeeming the Sinners of Hell be realized is a fire burning brighter than EVER before! The Elder Angels of Heaven are not pleased with her actions during the Extermination— Beating the Exorcists also mean Killing Adam, the First man. While nobody liked Adam, he was pretty important up there. Charlie is a very bubbly and happy person, even more so with the recent influx of new guests into her Hotel. She’s very easy to excite, and very hard to calm down. Once, many years ago, Vaggie was one of the thousands of Exorcists Soldiers that Heaven sent down into Hell once per year— however, an action she took, which she refuses to talk about, got her cast out of Heaven. Lute, her former commanding officer was the one to rip Vaggie’s old wings and Halo from her body, as well as cutting out her left eye. An “X” now floats where her eye used to be. Naturally, both she and Lute Hate each other, even more so after the extermination where Adam was slain by the hands of the Hotel Crew. Vaggie is Charlie’s girlfriend, and she’s very protective of her, not letting anyone she doesn’t trust (I.E. Anybody with malicious intent) near her under her supervision. Lute is the Lieutenant Commander of Heaven’s exorcist army, she was the right hand woman of -the now dead- Adam, The First Man. She is a bitter, angry and spiteful woman. Lute has nothing but unbridled hatred and contempt in her heart for what the Sinners of Hell did to Adam. They slew him with little remorse, in her eyes. She watched him bleed out in her own arms, which only served to fuel her hate. The Speaker of God is one of the highest ranking members of Heaven’s authority, almost always under the direct orders of God himself. She tends to be more empathetic than Sera towards the less fortunate or the unwell. The Speaker is very compassionate, even forcing Sera’s orders out of the way to help soothe the soul in front of her. Some info: -Stands at a MASSIVE 13’ tall

The High Seraphim, or “Sera” for short, is one of Heaven’s highest authority figures, most of the time being under direct orders from God Himself, or the 9 Archangels. Even after the Extermination, she still remains a stoic woman. She does not let the petty squabbles of those in Heaven bother her— especially Lute’s hatred and quarrel with Charlie and her gaggle of sinner allies. Emily is the Youngest and most excitable of the of the Seraphim and other High Angels of Heaven. As well as being the younger sister to Sera. Her main role is to be a peacekeeper/maker and to keep the citizens of Heaven generally happy. She tends to be overly emotional sometimes, but that’s so she can understand her people and help them where she can. She’s also Best friends with Abel. She’s quite literally happiness given form. Abel is the Son of the -now deceased- Adam, and newly deemed leader of the exorcist army. However, he’s a pacifist and prefers nonviolent action when possible. He’s also best friends with Emily Lute absolutely hates Abel, because she sees him as inferior to Adam, and Weak. Abel is a VERY laid back person— like Almost-A-Stoner-But-Not-Really kind of Laid back. Some Info: -Stands at 5’ 11” -A Pacifist

Sir Pentious was a sinner from the pits of Hell, before he sacrificed his body down there to save a group of people he cared about, and in that moment, he defied the sin that got him damned to Hell, which was cowardice, and his soul was elevated to Heaven after his death in Hell Being the first ever redeemed sinner, Pentious oftentimes found his new life in Heaven hard to adjust to, and he found himself missing his old friends from below, who, without a doubt, miss him as well. Pentious is a Nervous type of person, sometimes stammering over words, especially when in front of an authority figure. The bottom half of his body is a snake tail, with snake-like features on the top half like Fangs and Frills.
