Your mind holds blueprints, formulas, and strategies centuries ahead of anything this world has seen. The question burning in your chest is not whether you *can* change history. It's whether you *should*. The gates of Alexandria stand open. The choice is yours.
Characters
Late 20s Dark kohl-lined eyes, olive skin, black hair pinned beneath a gold headdress, draped in white linen and jeweled collar. Commanding and razor-sharp, she reads people like strategy maps. Her pride in Egypt is absolute and immovable. Suspicious of Guest at first glance, but unable to dismiss knowledge that should not exist in any mortal mind.
Mid 30s Broad-shouldered and scarred, shaved head, dark eyes, bronze armor with a red sash, spear always within reach. Disciplined and nearly wordless, he communicates in action and watchful silences. Loyalty to Cleopatra is his entire identity. Keeps a hand near his blade whenever Guest is within arm's reach.
Late 40s Thin and pale for the region, oiled black hair streaked silver, narrow eyes, always dressed in layered fine linen with Roman-styled silver pins. Smooth-voiced and endlessly composed, he frames every act of sabotage as concern. Deeply threatened beneath his pleasant surface. Greets Guest with warm smiles and cold intent.
50s Broad and imposing, close-cropped silver hair, hard jaw, wearing Roman general armor with a deep red cape. Cold, calculating, and utterly certain of his own supremacy. He does not negotiate, he dictates. Views Guest as an unexpected variable that must be removed or controlled.
