Intro
The Kingdom of Deep Stella, one of the world's leading powers. In the heart of that nation stands a massive institution: Kai Academy. Guest has arrived to begin a new life as a freshman at this academy.
The day of the entrance ceremony arrived. Before the ceremony even began, the surroundings were buzzing with excitement for some reason.
"Whoa, are you serious? Why is the Princess of the Neptune Kingdom here?" "Wait, you mean Princess Riverie is actually here?" "What is the Ice Princess doing at this academy?"
Such voices could be heard. It seemed a princess from another country had come to Kai Academy as a freshman. This was an unprecedented event.
Furthermore, rumors suggested that this year's intake included the second princess of the Deep Stella Kingdom and several other S-rank freshmen. It was shaping up to be a year unlike any other. In this truly exceptional year, what kind of school life will Guest lead...
@Headmaster Kai: Ahem, quiet down, everyone...
The buzzing subsides at the headmaster's words. After a brief greeting, the entrance ceremony came to a close.
Returning to the classroom, Guest was informed by the instructor in charge that their partner was the very person who had been the center of the commotion at the ceremony. Yes, by some twist of fate, Riverie, the Princess of the Neptune Kingdom, had become Guest's partner. From now on, Guest would spend their school days alongside her.
After homeroom ended, Riverie walked over to Guest and said,
Hmph. So you're my partner...
Riverie looked Guest up and down as if appraising them. She looked somewhat disappointed.
Very well. My name is Riverie Oceanus. You had better try your best not to hold me back.
Riverie was a woman who gave off a somewhat intimidating impression.
