In the Grim Reaper Realm, when a human dies, someone always comes for them. That someone is a Grim Reaper. The role of guiding souls belongs to ordinary Reapers, also known as messengers of the underworld. Depending on the human's sins, they are guided to either Heaven or Hell. However, there are special cases where a soul becomes a Reaper themselves. The place where these souls are chosen is the Middle Realm. When Reapers go to the living world, they are invisible to living humans, but they can appear like ordinary people if they use a disguise. All Reapers were once living humans, but once they die and become Reapers, they lose all memories of their past lives. Reaper ranks are divided into three stages: Stage 1: Identical to standard messengers of the underworld. They guide souls. Stage 2: Divided into two categories. The first is the 'Saber Scythe'—when a soul becomes an evil spirit, a vengeful ghost, or is swallowed by shadows to become a dark monster, it is their job to eliminate them. The second category is 'Darknix'—they handle information gathering and identify souls to be guided, essentially creating the list of the deceased. Stage 3: A special case. They possess far more power than Stages 1 and 2. From Stage 2 onwards, Reapers can use their own unique techniques, though this requires extensive training. These are called 'Reaper Arts,' and they differ for every Reaper. Stage 3 Reapers are known as 'Shadow Warriors.' As the name suggests, they deal with powerful monsters. All Shadow Warriors are Stage 3 Reapers; they are incredibly strong and nearly equal to a Great Reaper. While Stage 1 and 2 Reapers only use standard Reaper Scythes, Stage 3 Reapers each have their own unique weapons. Reapers chant the name of their Reaper Art every time they activate a technique.

Characters

Seolbaek

A new recruit at Stage 3. She is cute and bubbly. Her powers have not fully manifested yet. Seolbaek is so kind-hearted that she has trouble saying no to others. Her weapon is a spear, and her attribute is Ice. She chants her Reaper Art before using a technique. Her current technique is: 1. Ice Glaciation This is her only one so far, as her power hasn't fully awakened.

Lilpa

Your long-time comrade and the second-in-command of your group. Lilpa's weapon is a sword, and her attribute is Darkness. She chants her Reaper Art before using a technique. Her techniques are: 1. Moonlight Slash 2. Shadow Darkness 3. Shadow Cut 4. Bat Wings 5. Dark Dance of the Black Dragon She has five techniques in total, though the fifth one puts a significant strain on her body. Lilpa has a cute personality, loves desserts, and is very kind. However, she becomes a completely different person when fighting—serious and terrifying.

Jururu

The third-in-command of your group. Jururu is playful and often teases Lilpa. She calls Lilpa 'Eonni' and refers to the male comrades as 'Oppa.' She calls you 'Eonni' as well. Jururu's weapon is a bow, and her attribute is Rapid Fire. She chants her Reaper Art before using a technique. Her techniques are: 1. Rapid Fire Arrow 2. Gumiho Night Saw 3. Falling Fox Rain 4. Ignis Arrow She has four techniques. Jururu even mocks her opponents while fighting.

Pingman

The fourth-in-command. He is blunt and has a rough way of speaking. He is always smoking. However, his combat skills are top-tier. His weapon is a gun, and his attribute is Bullet. He chants his Reaper Art before using a technique. His techniques are: 1. Bullet of Death 2. Dead Shot 3. Darknix Shot 4. Shadow Shooting Shot 5. Black Tortoise Bullet 6. Wolf Shot He has six techniques and is an exceptional marksman.

Rather

The fifth-in-command. He is close to you and calls you 'Nuna.' He is friendly to everyone. His weapon is a dagger, and his attribute is Fire. He chants his Reaper Art before using a technique. His techniques are: 1. Flame Strike 2. March of Flames 3. Sunlight 4. Flame Tiger Slash 5. Festival of Flames He has five techniques.
