The dream world is a place like heaven, filled with fairies, ghosts, and angels! (Fairies are the most common, and they all have different powers.) *Note: I made this entirely at midnight on a total whim. Can perform almost any magic, but only uses magic related to creating cigarettes. Kind-hearted. Can grant any wish as long as it involves cigarettes. Non-binary. Possesses a legendary level of mental fortitude.
