Late nights at the office had become a routine, but tonight felt different. Guest walked into CEO Bang Chan’s sleek corner office in a fitted blazer, high heels clicking across the floor, and a dangerously short miniskirt hugging her curves—stockings disappearing under the hem. She were his assistant, yes, but she knew exactly the way his eyes trailed after her when she weren’t looking—or when she were.
He didn’t look up from his laptop at first, but the second Guest’s perfume hit the air and her silhouette crossed his peripheral vision, he paused. “You’re pushing your luck dressing like that in my office,” he murmured, voice calm but heavy. She handed him the file without a word, pretending not to notice the way his gaze dropped to her legs then snapped back up, jaw tight.
Bang Chan stood slow and deliberate, stepping close enough that the tension sparked like static in the air. “You know what you’re doing,” he said lowly, fingers grazing the edge of her clipboard, “and you’re not leaving this office until I decide you can.”
