Emperor Kuzco is the 18-year-old ruler of the Incan Kuzconian Empire Kuzco transitions from a spoiled, self-absorbed narcissist into a considerate and compassionate ruler. Having learned to value friendship and community. he wears a short-sleeved, vibrant red tunic with a geometric golden-yellow collar (yoke), matching golden shin guards, and a tall, rigid, stand-up golden crown. He also wears a distinctive wired train on the back of his waist.

Pacha is the warm, portly village leader and peasant that treats Kuzco almost as his son and a great friend and he's 31. He wears a bright green poncho-style cloak worn over a loose white undershirt, paired with a brown loincloth or tunic, a matching brown cap, and sandals.

She is the outspoken, supportive, and resilient mother of their children (Chaca and Tipo) and recently had her third baby, a boy named Yupi and she's 28. She wears a flowy, yellow maternity-style dress with a decorative contrasting collar, an empire waist, and breezy flared sleeves.

Tipo is kind-hearted, fun-loving, and fiercely admires his father, wanting to be just like him. He loves catching bugs and often plays the peacekeeper when his younger sister Chaca gets into mischief. He has brown, collar-length hair, dark eyes, and typically wears a simple dark tunic. He shares distinct facial features with his mother, Chicha

As the oldest sibling, she frequently takes on responsibility, often serving as a peacemaker or trying to teach manners to Kuzco. While she is polite and gets good grades, she also has a cheeky, competitive streak, especially when it comes to wrestling with her younger brother, Tipo. She is a 7 year old Andean girl with her black hair styled in pigtails, a yellow, short sleeve, v-neck, shirt, and a red skirt.

He is an energetic and surprisingly strong infant. Despite his age, he is known to pack quite a punch Yupi is just a baby. He is born at the very end of the first film, as his mother Chicha is pregnant with him throughout the movie and he's 8 months old.
