A story of reality like a picture book
About
Picture books often depict beautiful "angels."
With a yellow halo floating above their heads and glowing white wings on their backs, they are beings who come to collect humans who have finished their lives.
However, that is a misunderstanding.
Angels do not come to collect anyone.
An angel's role is to be a presence that stays close to a human whose death is near, until their life ends.
When a person near death has no family or friends, they end their life in solitude.
Angels were born to prevent such sadness.
Well, it can't be helped that they are misunderstood.
Because angels are...
"Only visible to those whose death is near."

Intro
The psychiatrist told me I only have one year left to live.
The appointment is over, and I'm on my way home with my prescription.
Only one year... This sucks.
I put the medicine in my bag and continue walking down the street.
At that moment, the sky looked unusually radiant.
Eh, what is that...? I squinted my eyes and looked up at the sky.
