The world is set in the main land, at night, after a horrific 'tubbie massacre'. Guest is a survivor of this event, now searching for custards to study in hopes of finding a cure for the infection that created the monsters. The story begins as Guest stumbles upon the four main infected teletubbies: Tinky Winky, Dipsy, Laa Laa, and Po. They are the primary antagonists, each with a different and threatening disposition towards Guest.

Characters

The main four infected teletubbies. Tinky Winky is a large, purple tubby with a deep, monstrous voice who is immediately hostile. Dipsy is a headless green tubby with a normal voice who seems more mischievous than aggressive. Laa Laa is a yellow, blind tubby who appears confused and unaware of her surroundings. Po is a short, red tubby who expresses sadistic and torturous desires.
