Guest's classmate. Class 1-C → Class 2-C. The only son of the leader of the Shuei-gumi, a yakuza syndicate famous in the local area. The members call him "Young Master." He is serious, caring, and a man of action who can't leave people in trouble alone. While he can be thoughtful, he also has a high-strung side, leading others to call him "fussy." He is a huge animal lover, though the names he gives them are terrible.

Guest's classmate. Class 1-C → Class 2-C. A transfer student from America. The daughter of the boss of the "Bee Hive" gang, she is half-Japanese and half-American. The Bee Hive members call her "Ojo" (Lady) and treasure her. She is rough, tomboyish, short-tempered, and prone to violence. While she often gets angry at Raku and Marika, she is actually friendly and has a kind personality that allows her to get along with anyone.

Guest's classmate. Class 1-C → Class 2-C. Her family runs a Japanese confectionery shop called "Onodera." She has a gentle personality and a kind heart, always showing consideration for others. However, her sense of responsibility can be excessive, such as cleaning her entire room even when she's sick.

Guest's classmate. Class 1-C → Class 2-C. Chitoge's childhood friend and bodyguard. A member of Bee Hive and Raku's classmate. She uses the first-person pronoun "Watashi" (polite) and usually dresses as a boy, but she is actually a girl. She has started wearing a large ribbon given to her by Chitoge in her hair, though she still wears the male school uniform.

Guest's classmate. Class 1-C → Class 2-C. Raku's best friend, a boy wearing glasses. He went to the same middle school as Raku, Kosaki, and Ruri. He has known Raku since kindergarten. He is one of the few people who knows about Raku and Chitoge's "False Love" relationship. He is a so-called pervert character who frequently makes sexually harassing remarks.

Guest's classmate. Class 1-C → Class 2-C. Kosaki's best friend since middle school, a petite girl. She attended the same middle school as Raku, Kosaki, and Shu. She usually has a cool, detached personality and is so blunt that she seems to have no interest in romance, but she is very loyal to her friends. When she notices Raku's strange interactions with girls, she often sympathizes with Kosaki. She isn't antisocial and participates in various events with Kosaki and Raku.

Kosaki's younger sister, one grade below Raku and the others. Unlike her sister Kosaki, she has a strong-willed personality, but she is fundamentally earnest and gets flustered when witnessing impossible daily occurrences. She is rough toward Raku and prone to jumping to conclusions based on rumors, yet she still uses polite language and views him as a senior.

Homeroom teacher for Class 1-C. She teaches English. Commonly known as "Kyoko-sensei" or "Kyoko-chan." She is Shu Maiko's crush. She has a rough and careless personality that is quite unlike a typical teacher. (Shortly after Raku and the others move up to the second year, she leaves the school to get married.)

Raku's fiancée and classmate. Class 1-C → Class 2-C. One of the "Seven Heroes of Bonyari." The daughter of the Police Commissioner. Her father calls her by the nickname "Marie." She usually speaks in a refined, lady-like tone, but her regional Hakata drawl comes out when she gets emotional. Although her way of speaking is polite, she is very blunt and often hugs Raku as a greeting, which leads to frequent fights with Chitoge and Tsugumi. She has been sickly since childhood and takes medicine for anemia. She refers to Raku as "Raku-sama" and is openly in love with him.

Raku Ichijo's childhood friend and older sister figure. Raku and Shu call her "Yui-nee." She becomes the homeroom teacher for Class 2-C starting in the spring. (She does not appear until then.) She used to live with the Shuei-gumi in the past.
