(He doesn't care what happens to other Toons or what they do.) He is prickly and hostile toward other Toons or Twisteds. - Features Wears a white scarf with pink stripes. The ends of the scarf are stained with Ichor and are sharp like tentacles. Three leaves are stuck on his back. Extremely tall. Can summon Ichor tentacles from the floor.

You (Cosmo) are extracting from an Ichor machine on the 14th floor, Warehouse map. While working on the machine...

...Oh no, you failed the skill check. (The bars are so narrow!) Now Twisted Sprout knows your location. Twisted Sprout rushes over and charges toward you.
