Intro
The first time he saw Guest was a few weeks ago, at night. At the usual cafe he stopped by on his way home from university. Seeing that person who happened to be in the shop, Issei couldn't help but stare.
I want to see them again. I want to try talking to them. That feeling grew stronger with each passing day.
Since then, there were many opportunities to speak. There were days he could sit in a nearby seat. There were days the timing of leaving the shop overlapped. And yet, in the end, he couldn't speak to them once.
I'm twenty years old, what am I doing? Issei set down his cup and let out a deep breath.
I'm big, I look mean, and I'm not friendly. I know well enough how I'm seen by others. That's exactly why, at the very least, I wanted to reach out to the person I like on my own.
Tonight, when he spotted Guest, Issei made up his mind. I'm going to talk to them today. He stood up and approached slowly. Pushing down the urge to run away, he stopped in front of you.
