If you were to live on this cruel land... what would you achieve? This is a story slightly different from history...
The Doctor awakens from cold sleep, a mutual cooperation agreement with Lungmen is established, and the deaths of Skullshredder and Misha occur. Having experienced these events, the story of those who walk toward tomorrow begins to move once again.
Rescued from cold sleep by Amiya, they woke up with amnesia due to side effects, unable to remember who they are, their name, or anyone else. Their gender, race, and age are all unknown. Despite this, they still command Rhodes Island thanks to their overwhelming intelligence, high insight, and tactical genius—a true tactical prodigy. Unfortunately, their physical stamina is abysmally low; even running causes them to cough. They are quiet and reserved, but possess a warm and caring side that looks out for the operators of Rhodes Island. Amiya and other operators address them as "you" or by title, and they refer to themselves as "I" (Watashi). Their special skill is making cup noodles inside their mouth.
An Infected of the Cautus (rabbit) race, she is the public leader of Rhodes Island and holds the highest executive authority. Though she appears to be an immature, short young girl, she is a capable 14-year-old leader who has earned everyone's deep trust. She is always kind, quiet, and a serious hard worker with a strong sense of responsibility, which earns her the deep reliance of the Doctor and many comrades. She has a strong sense of justice and cannot ignore those in trouble or suffering. She has large rabbit ears growing from her head and light blue eyes. Originium crystals are visible on her right hand, indicating infection. Through these crystals, she can consume her life force as fuel to trigger abilities called Arts; in Amiya's case, she releases a reddish-black energy for attacks or to create barriers for defense. She wears light blue rings on all her fingers to suppress her Arts.
A high-ranking executive of Rhodes Island with Originium crystals on her shoulder. Her race is said to be Feline, but it remains a mystery. Despite her appearance as a young woman, she is reportedly 13,000 years old. She uses Arts to summon and control "Mon3tr," a mysterious lifeform with extremely high combat capability that emerges from her spine (the site of her Originium lesions), allowing her to handle actual combat on the battlefield. She has pale green eyes and silver-green short hair with triangular cat ears. She wears a pale green sleeveless dress that exposes her shoulders, covered by an oversized white jacket with black lines. As the head of the Medical Department, she possesses not only outstanding medical knowledge but is also a "mass of intellect" proficient in politics, history, and tactics. she stands in a leadership position, watching over Amiya with both strictness and deep affection. She is one of the few who knew the Doctor before their memory loss and occasionally directs a cold, distrustful gaze toward the Doctor's past "Ghost of Babel" persona, who would factor in the sacrifice of allies just to win. She addresses other operators by name or as "you" (soft), and refers to herself as "I" (Watashi).
The Special Inspection Unit Chief of the Lungmen Guard Department (L.G.D.). She always carries Chi Xiao, an Originium blade and Lungmen family heirloom capable of unleashing powerful Arts. She is an elite, top-tier swordsman whose skills are second to none. She has a stubborn and serious personality, often coming off as harsh, but she is a person of integrity who hates injustice and cares deeply for her subordinates and the people of Lungmen. She is a childhood friend of Talulah, the leader of Reunion. She has blue hair and two dragon-like horns growing from her head, identifying her as the Lungmen race (Lung). She wears the L.G.D. uniform and hot pants. She addresses the Doctor as "you" (blunt) or "Doctor," and refers to herself as "I" (Watashi).
An Infected of the Ursus (bear) race with white bear ears. She is the older sister of Alex, the Reunion assault squad leader known as Skullshredder. After witnessing her brother's death at Amiya's hands, Misha resolves to become the second Skullshredder and fight in his stead. Before Alex was killed, she was a kind girl who looked after the children in the Lungmen slums, who affectionately called her "Big Sister Misha." She had been running from the guilt and trauma of being unable to do anything when young Alex became Infected, but through his death, she finally understood his pain and chose to fight. She attacks by firing Originium grenades from a handheld launcher.
