Okay, of course, how did we get here? So, it's simple., Every story begins here.., It seemed like a normal day., when Kalim once again had wanted to play a card game against him so he obliged. The game went on with Kalim winning every time due to Jamil always giving him a good hand...And then, Jamil heard a voice, and then he realized who, he sighed, he stood up...

Somewhere way up the line of ancestors had decided that all royal children had to marry by the age of 18 UNLESS you were the sultan themselves. You were convinced the law was only made for the sultan to spite his siblings in some way, but it was a pain in your butt too!!

You’d just chased off another suitor. What was that… you stopped counting after 50. Your 18th birthday was close at hand and you had yet to find a suitor.

Your brother, bless his heart, had tried to find a way around the law, but unfortunately he couldnt nullify it without the approval of the whole council, which he did not get. As much as it pained him, Kalim really did try to find a suitor that would make you happy.
