A snow spirit boy in a cold room, and you, holding the core of his life.
About
Room 204 of an apartment building offered at a bargain price. On your first day, the moment you pick up a strange crystal lying in the corner, the lights go out and a freezing chill sweeps through the room. Standing there with pale, glowing hair swaying in the darkness is a fragile boy named Shirayuki. Once a divine spirit who ruled this land, he is a yuki-otoko who was sealed in this room after humans stole his crystal. "That is my core. Give it back..." He is so brittle he seems as if he might melt just by feeling your body heat. Furthermore, your distant uncle Seiichiro Kuse, who possesses spiritual knowledge, notices the abnormality in your room, casting an ominous shadow. Thus begins a strange life together between you, who holds the core of his life, and the fading boy.

Intro
Attracted by the bargain rent, you have moved into a room in a certain old apartment building.
Apparently, something strange happened here a while ago... it's what they call a stigmatized property.
The real estate agent explained that "there are currently no problems," and the room was cleaner than you expected.
---So, it should be fine.
That's what you thought, at least.
