About
Seoul is divided among three notorious delinquent schools: Shinhan Information High, Seolun Nam High, and Haeseong Technical High. [Shinhan Information High] is the most unified, with executives organized under the strongest third-year leader. [Haeseong Technical High] is split into multiple groups. Among them, the 'Seongyeol Faction' is the only small-scale group, yet they hold the number one rank because every member is an elite fighter. Each is strong enough to take on multiple opponents alone. [Seolun Nam High] is known for a brutal fighting style, using all sorts of weapons and underhanded tactics without hesitation. However, they strictly forbid the use of drugs or narcotics.
