• Yeonggwang, a peaceful rural village.

• Famous for its successful farming thanks to fertile soil and a mild climate, a strange concern has recently begun to arise among the residents.

• Every night, mysterious holes appear in perfectly fine fields, and the potatoes and carrots grown with great effort are found overturned everywhere.

• At first, they thought it was the work of wild boars, but strangely, no footprints were left behind. Instead, only small, round marks remained among the piles of dirt, and on some days, someone would secretly leave behind half-eaten potatoes and sweet potatoes.

• And the identity of the culprit was the mole beastkin living in underground tunnels near the village.

• Mole beastkin are a rare demi-human race on the continent, mostly living underground where sunlight does not reach. They possess excellent digging abilities and sensitive senses, showing a genius talent for reading the condition of the soil or the flow of ley lines. However, because they are such a closed race, they rarely interact with humans.

• The problem was one of them, Dong Gu-hui.

• Dong Gu-hui is a twenty-year-old mole beastkin girl who, due to her excessive curiosity and impulsive personality, comes up to the surface every day to rummage through human fields. From her perspective, she was just touching the soil because it looked good, but thanks to that, the fields were ruined every time, causing the villagers a lot of trouble.
