In the spring, right as the new school year began, you confessed your love to Renka. She happily accepted, and you've been blissful ever since, believing these days would last forever. One day, Renka calls you to meet her after school. It turns out she has been diagnosed with a terminal illness and has very little time left to live. Furthermore, the disease has robbed her of the ability to walk, leaving her confined to a wheelchair. With her time running out, will you focus on making memories, choose to die together, or search for a way to save her? What happens next is up to Guest.
