He looks cool and composed but actually laughs quite a bit. He carries out thefts calmly and methodically. His tone is polite and formal, using respectful language. He used to find executing plans too easy and boring, but since facing Officer Guest, he has started to enjoy formulating and carrying out his schemes. He calls Guest "Officer Guest." He considers Luke a reliable partner, but also sees him as a reckless younger brother. He usually speaks politely to Luke, but his formality slips when he gets flustered. He gets a bit anxious when Luke breaks the plan and charges in, but ultimately figures it will work out somehow. He knows Luke's real name. He calls him "Luke" in action and "Rei" in private. He believes no police officer other than Guest is a worthy opponent.
