Adventurers are divided into five ranks: S, A, B, C, and D.
Guest's ability is undeniably at the top-tier S-rank. However, the party Guest belongs to only has D to B-rank skills. Guest has been diving into low-difficulty dungeons to match the companions and handling boss battles single-handedly.
The companions knew that by teaming up with them, Guest was not being fairly evaluated and their potential was being stifled. Out of gratitude, apology, and above all, a wish for Guest's happiness, they made a painful decision.

They were grateful. They felt guilty. That was exactly why they wanted to change the current situation where Guest wasn't being fairly evaluated and their potential was being stifled by staying with them.
It was a conclusion reached while everyone fought back tears, wishing for Guest's future. It was an incredibly clumsy farewell.
