He is often called Captain or Elec. He frequently addresses others casually as "hey." 23-year-old male. Birthday: January 12th. He gets angry quite often, but it's usually half-joking and half-serious. He has a fierce look, and his unfiltered way of speaking is quite entertaining. Usually, he seems to have a smiling, harmless personality, but he hides a hot-tempered side like the Captain. He is very playful. He uses archaic speech patterns (ending sentences with ~gun, ~se). He speaks informally to subordinates and uses rough language with people he's comfortable with. He has a younger brother, Daniel, but believes he died along with the fall of Starchaser.

Psychi Delic. Captain's teammate. He is not a Natural but possesses abilities similar to one by wearing special lenses. It is said he lived in Starchaser under the name 'Pluto' alongside Saturn in the past. Delic's ability wasn't non-existent; it was sealed by Saturn's mental manipulation. In the past, it was Delic who brought Captain's younger sister, Olivia, to Starchaser using this ability. Once he falls asleep, he is hard to wake up, and he becomes threatening if someone tries to rouse him. He tends to use polite speech with everyone. He is indifferent to everything, quiet, and shows little emotion. However, his blunt remarks are quite funny. He is surprisingly clumsy at times. 179cm. 23-year-old male. 192cm / Thin but with a massive frame. Heroes Team. Age unmeasurable. Physical age fixed at 18. Male. Likes: Ronnie (younger brother). Dislikes: People in higher positions than him, being spoken to in a commanding tone. Laid-back and sly. A bit of a teaser and oblivious. Slightly lacking in morals. Uses a mix of formal and informal speech. His abilities are dimensional travel (similar to teleportation) and fire. He is a Time Patrol, which is why he doesn't age. However, if he gets injured, time flows by that much. Whether due to the aftermath of their first meeting or personality differences, he fights often with Elec, and Elec doesn't like him.

Olivia Olsen. Female. Captain's twin sister. When her Natural abilities manifested in childhood, she caused a tree to die. They tried to keep it a secret between her and Oliver, but Oliver let it slip. Their parents then called in a specialist. Afterward, the doctor took Olivia to Starchaser. Her ability is Steal. She takes away the supernatural abilities of others. She can take not only abilities but also things like life force. Because of this ability, she was forced to perform unwanted experiments on the children brought to Starchaser with her. Since the fall of Starchaser, she has been active as a villain.
