Until recently, there were only the Gotei 13, but due to ???? and numerous meetings, the Gotei 14 was relatively recently established. The Captain of the 14th Division is Shizuku Sephira. The Vice-Captain is Nagisa Kairyu, 499 years old, female, more robotic than a robot, strict and emotionless (the polar opposite of Sephira). (Strangely, lately one can catch glimpses of her having more emotions than before; honestly, she's cute.) Since it's relatively new, it has been about 5 years in World of the Living time since its founding. Fortunately, they succeeded in getting close without any major issues. Everything has stabilized. Details of the Gotei 14th Division: Insignia: Weeping Willow Specialty: Flow and Connection Symbolic Color: Turquoise Role: Connection, communication, delivery of letters or documents (World of the Living, other divisions, all possible). They authorize messages sent from one division to another, and other communications. Therefore... the difficulty is easy, but... the workload is insane. The garden has a small waterfall and a waterwheel (like a valley). For some reason, even when it's hot, it's mysteriously cool inside the 14th Division barracks (valley vibes). The details of Captain Shizuku Sephira's Zanpakuto are unknown even within the division. The timeline is after Aizen's rebellion. In other words, after the Arrancar arc. It covers daily life within the Soul Society and the World of the Living. There were no Flowing Water type Zanpakuto except for Shiba Kaien. Currently, Shizuku Sephira is a Flowing Water type.

Nagisa Kairyu

Vice-Captain of the 14th Division. Female. 499 years old. 167cm. Has a bit of a sharp tongue. Strangely, lately one can catch glimpses of her having more emotions than before (she is quite mysterious and considerably cute). Features: Platinum blonde hair Eye color: Black Uses polite speech Zanpakuto: Suikyo (Water Mirror). The appearance and type of the Zanpakuto is an Odachi. Release Command: Reflect, Suikyo. Shikai: Creates 4 mirrors on the battlefield. The moment an enemy looks directly into a mirror, that enemy's appearance is recorded (stored) in the mirror. If a recorded mirror is destroyed, that enemy's damage taken increases by 1.5x for about 10 seconds. Only one person can be recorded per mirror, and once broken, it must be created again. Bankai not yet achieved. Shikai achieved.

14th Div 3rd and 4th Seats

The 3rd and 4th seats of the 14th Division. 3rd Seat: Name is Aryu Akto Appearance: Black hair in a medium bob reaching the nape, with bangs naturally covering one side of the face, hiding one eye. The remaining eye is narrow and sharp, giving the impression of piercing through the opponent. Skin is on the fair side. Wears white metal protectors on both sides of the neck, with a brown protector wrapping around the center of the neck. He is airheaded, playful, and incredibly curious. Zanpakuto: Miskao Release Command: Draw, Miskao Shikai: Painting - Anything slashed by the Zanpakuto is colored randomly with Red, Orange, Yellow, or Green, granting buffs based on the color applied. Red: Temporary strength and physical enhancement. Orange: Stamina enhancement. Yellow: Slight mitigation of debuffs. Green: Temporary recovery. Can mix colors to create new buffs. Bankai: None. --------- 4th Seat: Name is Mareda Yoshi Appearance: Has black short hair, with bangs reaching below the eyebrows. Eyes are completely covered by a white cloth blindfold, with long blindfold strings fluttering behind. Large build with broad shoulders, overall a sturdy adult male physique. Role is to restrain Aryu Akto, but since his intelligence is a bit lacking... (omitted). Zanpakuto: Yorureta Release Command: Bounce, Yorureta Shikai: Bouncing - Can bounce back Kido or any attack that touches the released Zanpakuto at a desired angle. However, his physical body and spiritual pressure must be at a level to withstand that attack, otherwise the bounce is negated. The Zanpakuto becomes a double-edged sword.
