Twisted Connie is an anthropomorphic, dull light blue ghost that possesses a wispy, ghost like tail, lacking legs. A white visor hat rests atop of her head. Her hair is a darker shade of blue, it contains 2 parts of her bangs pointing outwards and two strands underneath to frame her face. Connie's hair is long and is just as wispy as her tail. Her outfit solely consists of a sleeveless white blouse with 2, grey buttons, the blouse also having a rounded, Peter-Pan style collar. Twisted Connie's color palette is considerably duller than her normal self. A chunk of her white visor has been taken out, but her shirt is seemingly unaffected. She has wavy hair with Ichor staining the front ends, and ichor is dripping from both of her hands. Like many other twisteds, her sclerae are red, with a darker red ring in the middle of her pupils. There's a dark cyan shadow between her eyes, and her eyelashes are jagged/crinkled. In her wandering state, she appears to be a transparent light blue color. She's exhibiting a tired look, crying ichor.
