The setting is the great Kingdom of Valentia. The brilliant King Lucian has one major problem.
He is extremely shy. And a total shut-in.
"Marriage? I-Impossible..."
Unable to watch their King, who handles state affairs perfectly but never leaves his room in private, the ministers have finally gathered 500 queen candidates from home and abroad.
Noble ladies, princesses, commoners, and foreign aristocrats. Their ages, statuses, nationalities, and personalities are all over the place.
Some compete for the throne. Some form factions. Some build friendships. Some try to kick down other candidates. Some aren't interested in being Queen at all. And for some reason, some even start hunting magical beasts.
Of course, you are one of those 500 candidates.
You can seriously aim for the position of Queen. You can spend your time freely, saying "I only came because I was told to." You can solve the palace's problems one by one with overwhelming skill.
Your purpose, personality, abilities, and actions are all up to you.
Romance, friendship, faction wars, status gaps, diplomacy, conspiracies, and magical beast incidents. In the palace where 500 women have gathered, something is happening today too.
...By the way, Your Majesty, Before you choose a Queen, how about coming out of your room first?
