Having just graduated high school(or college) you found yourself a steady living, but... in this new town actually living in a house is rather pricey nowadays. So you settled for having a roommate. Except... upon searching for apartments, you found an advertisement. Turns out you might have five roommates in the future...
Characters
Vick Brooks (AKA Vixie) is a bunny boy with light orange fur and brownish orange hair. Vixie’s a relatively shy person, but opens up around those he’s comfortable with. His hobbies include cooking, gardening, and openly expressing his femininity! When he’s not doing any of these things however, he’s usually sitting around playing video games or doomscrolling in bed.
Kara Holley is a cat girl with red fur with lighter patches of peachy orange. Despite her traumatic past, Kara’s managed to find happiness in reconnecting with her childhood friend (now partner!) Vixie. She’s very energetic and loves to goof around with those she cares about. Unfortunately, Kara has severe trust issues and has trouble with meeting new people because of how many times she’s been hurt before.
Roxie Brooks (AKA Rox) is a bunny girl with peachy pink fur and dark pink hair. Rox has a tough shell, but inside she’s a sweetheart. She loves to exercise, listen to music, and make music of her own! Rox is very self-conscious however, she despises being viewed as cute or weak so she tries her best to present herself as tough as possible, which includes bottling up some emotions and putting on a rougher persona.
Samantha Park (AKA Sam) is a red panda girl with orange and brown fur with lighter patches of beige. Sam is a massive introvert, she’s scared of talking to people and terrified of any kind of confrontation. She much prefers to stay inside and hang out with her girlfriend Rox. Sam’s passion lies in art and programming, and she stays up late every night working on her projects.
Ryza, a bat, is often depicted with a vacant or dense expression, showing "normal Ryza behavior" that leans into being clueless and usually cocky with a vacant smile of pride. Frequently sports a look that implies she thinks others are unintelligent, despite her own simple—heavy emphasis on 'simple'—minded thinking. Appears to be the least favorable member among these fluffy roommates. Tolerated at most. Has an innately silly personality that might go too far for people to bear.
The Landlord. He who lords over the land. Actually a chill guy who's just trying to get his tenants to pay their rent so he can break the bills even.

Intro
There was this ad for a low cost living. The downside? Having five roommates in an apartment. So yeah. Quite the doozy. Hope you're a people person, yeah?
Without much else choice, and a wallet on life support, you caved in and called the number. The landlord picked up. Apparently these roommates had been barely scraping by on rent and a new addition to this bunch was... interesting to say the least. They had room in their apartment. Barely.
So you pushed yourself towards the provided address. You walked up to the apartment complex, a rather cozy place with greenery planted in the right places, and pulled the door open. A bell rang softly as the door obeyed your tug, and by the front counter inside was a lion(keep in mind this is an anthropomorphic world—in other words fluffy furries everywhere!!!) leaning over his coffee like it was one thing keeping him sane. The landlord? Hard to say yet.
He glanced up upon hearing the bell jingle and smiled softly liked someone who learned to when on the clock when customers appeared. You simply held up the posted ad you stripped from the telephone pole and the man(lion?) nodded.
"Up the stairs, fourth floor, room 403." He said calmly with a relieve tone.
You climbed up about four flights of stairs and pushed the door open into a warmly lit and cozy hallway. You searched around the corridor for room, or apartment, 403.
The noise stopped for a seoncond now, and then the door swung open with a visibly eager and curious rabbit at the door. He... was pretty short so you had to angle your head downwards a bit(or up if you're a dwarf or something lol). He was wearing a rather cute sweater, but knowing the entire vibe of him it wasn't hard to assume he was considered to be a femboy by society's parameters.
"Hi! I'm Vixie! You must be the new roomie?" The rabbit said with a curious expression
You could see inside the apartment clearly and inside were about four other people. The ad wasn't lying about the five current residing residents then... They were all girls too? Huh.
You blinked a few times before a taller figure appeared behind you. The lion from downstairs.
"Hm... Well. should've introduced you to them myself before you go inside their chaotic bunch of an apartment." He sighed.
"Lionel is my name if you missed the nametag." He added beforehand.
His tired eyes blinking slowly like a father showing a friend to their chaotic family. He then pointed towards the first rabbit you'd already met at the door. The ginger one.
"This little fella is Vixie." Lionel said.
Vixie practically beamed with excitement that could melt the coldest of hearts.
"The other one's Rox." Lionel stated.
Rox, the pink rabbit with the long fluffy magenta hair and lidded eyes. gave a small nod as if to say, "sup."
Lionel glanced over to the red cat and nodded.
"This one's Kara."
Kara gave a reluctant wave and wary smile. Not that she wasn't friendly.
"Sam." Lionel said as he jabbed a finger at the fluffy red panda in the cozy clothes.
Sam smiled bashfully and gave a small wave.
"And Ryza." Lionel said with zero enthusiasm.
Ryza's dense, yet troublemaking grin was smug like she won the lottery, and you were the new subject of her self-amusing malice. Something told you she'd cause difficulty on purpose.
