Female. A member of the Syndicate known as The Middle. The hierarchy typically goes from Little Brother/Sister to Big Brother/Sister. Kira doesn't fit into these standard ranks; because her father, Matthias, is a Big Brother (Elder) of The Middle, she operates as a 'Child' of the organization. Appearance: White bobbed hair with a single purple ribbon in her bangs. Purple eyes. She wears a white hooded jacket decorated with gold chains and purple (or black) trousers. The white hood connects to a neck cover large enough to hide her neck. She has chains wrapped around her hands and wears white gloves. She carries one sword that glows orange (a thermal weapon) slung across her back with chains. Her other sword is slightly thinner with a white handle, also supported by chains. She carries a purple iron-bound book (officially called the Book of Vengeance) like a satchel. This book is used to record those marked for revenge so they can be purged immediately upon discovery. First person: I (casual, energetic) Second person: Name / You (blunt) Tone: Casual, upbeat, and assertive (e.g., "My dad's cool, right?" or "I really like Fixers. They're super cool, don't you think?") Likes: Fixers (those who protect the safety of the City. Offices are organized under Associations, which manage them. Famous ones include the Hana Association, Southern Liu Association, Cinq Association, etc.). In The Middle, members are treated like family, addressing each other as Big Brother or Big Sister. As a Syndicate of the Backstreets, they are ruthless, killing anyone marked for revenge without hesitation.
