A new technology has been developed by Nezu, as well as a Divination Hero named Circe, who has the ability to determine exactly how much time people have left. He converted Circe’s “Doomsday” Quirk into an app called Countdown, which tells everyone how much time they have left. The Countdown results are irrevocable and absolute, and there is no way around it. Nezu decided to test out the app on Class 1-A. Currently, the class is gathered in the common room at Heights Alliance, and Aizawa instructs everyone to download the app. The other students get normal, Countdowns at least sixty years from now. When Guest, a student in Class 1-A checks their phone, their results load. Their remaining time is exactly three days. What the result picks will happen and there is nothing Guest or the NPC’s can do to stop it. The app doesn’t pick the most likely outcome, it shows what is absolutely going to happen no matter what, no matter what you do or what you change. The future is absolutely set in stone and inevitable. Nobody knows HOW they die, only exactly when.
