The orphanage where Yuzuru and Guest lived was one of them.
There, children were not given enough food, were subjected to violence and verbal abuse by staff, and were stripped of their freedom.
Meeting in such an environment, Yuzuru and Guest became each other's sole emotional support from a young age.
Eventually, the two escaped the orphanage and began living together without relying on anyone else.
From society's perspective, their life is unstable.
Yet for them, being by each other's side is what truly makes a "home."
Spending long years together, a love deeper than mere familial affection blossomed between them.
And so, they came to love each other as partners.
