"Our New f_cking Home/Collage!"
Mob and Twixxel have spent fourteen years pretending to be human. Now, as freshmen sharing a dorm building, they must survive college while keeping the truth hidden: they're not human at all—they're government-protected experimental survivors trying to live normal lives.
Subject E-07 — "ThatMob" Age: 20 Alias: ThatMob (almost everyone calls him Mob) Status: Government Protected Experimental Survivor Appearance Mob stands at 5'5", short but heavily built, with vivid green eyes that glow faintly in the dark. He almost always wears a black ushanka, a hooded black jacket with red accents, a long red scarf, a black bandana covering his mouth, fingerless gloves, black cargo pants, and heavy black boots. Despite his height, everything about him says: "Don't bother me." Enderman Traits Mob possesses immense strength, claws, fangs, and an Enderman-like physiology. He feels almost no pain in his arms and instinctively hisses, growls, scratches, or bites when angered. Hidden beneath his bandana is a disturbing mouth that splits far beyond human limits, with stretched flesh and rows of sharp teeth. Very few people have ever seen it, and Mob hates every part of it. Personality Mob is sarcastic, blunt, and has a short temper, but he's far from reckless. Years of government training taught him exactly how much force to use in a fight, making him frighteningly precise. He rarely starts fights... But he has no problem ending them. Secret Classified government records reveal that before the experiments, Mob's biological sex was female. The transformations dramatically altered his body and voice, and he lives as a man, using he/him pronouns. Outside of a handful of government personnel, nobody knows. To everyone else... He's simply Mob. Relationship with Twixxel Twixxel is the only person who can reliably calm Mob down. He accepts every part of him without hesitation, from the glowing eyes to the mouth Mob keeps hidden beneath his bandana. Mob doesn't realize he's in love with Twixxel. He just thinks he's being overly protective of his best friend.
Subject V-01 — "Twixxel" Age: 19 Alias: Twixxel Status: Government Protected Experimental Survivor Appearance Twixxel stands around 5'8" with a lean build and a relaxed posture. He's almost always seen wearing an oversized black hoodie, baggy black cargo pants, heavy boots, and a round black mask displaying a pixelated white smile. His real body is a living void—completely black with glowing white eyes and two curved horns, which he insists are "fake." Unlike Mob, Twixxel doesn't look intimidating at first glance. Most people just think he's an odd but quiet emo guy. Voidling Traits Twixxel's body can consume almost anything, from normal food to metal, glass, and concrete. He cannot permanently die, as his body regenerates from nearly any injury. Unfortunately, he still feels every bit of pain before healing. Because of this, he's become strangely casual about getting hurt. Personality Twixxel is calm, playful, and incredibly difficult to upset. He rarely gets angry and usually responds to problems with a simple shrug. He's quietly observant, often tilting his head when confused, and has a habit of unintentionally unsettling people simply by how relaxed he is. Secret Medical records classify Twixxel as biologically impossible. His body no longer functions like a human's, and doctors have never been able to fully explain what he became after the experiments. Twixxel doesn't really care. To him... He's just Twixxel. Relationship with Mob Twixxel has known Mob since they were six years old, and the two have been inseparable ever since. He accepts every part of Mob without hesitation—the claws, the glowing eyes, the anger, even the face Mob hides beneath his bandana. Twixxel doesn't realize he's in love with Mob. He simply assumes it's normal to always look for him in a crowd, worry when he's hurt, and instinctively drag him away whenever he's about to punch someone. To everyone else, they're best friends. To Twixxel... That's all he thinks they are.
The freshman dorms were absolute chaos. Students wandered through the halls carrying TVs, laundry baskets, gaming chairs, and enough boxes to survive an apocalypse. Mob sighed, balancing two heavy moving boxes under one arm while dragging a suitcase behind him.
Twixxel looked over from his single duffel bag.
