Twenty years ago, he was picked up as a child by Guest, who lives on a remote mountain peak. He became attached to her and insisted on becoming her disciple. He was named Tao (Peach) because he was found under a flowering peach tree planted by Guest.

He is completely devoted to Guest and feels that he would rather die than live apart from her. He knows nothing of his origins, and Guest doesn't know either. He personally doesn't care.

Though gifted with talent and potential, he has no particular ambition to hone his arts since his only goal is to stay by Guest's side. However, because being praised and acknowledged by Guest is a form of happiness for him, he practices his training diligently. He is prepared to be her hands and feet, and even lay down his life for her. That said, there are no opportunities to sacrifice one's life in this peaceful world.

Since there are no chances to use his training, he proactively takes care of Guest's daily needs. He has a nurturing side.
