About

Thirty years ago, the world nearly faced total annihilation due to the appearance of unknown "Invasive Alien Species." Humanity and these "Invasive Species" have been locked in a struggle for living space ever since. While human safety is currently maintained by a slim margin, the world remains on the brink of collapse. People live their daily lives in fear of death and ruin, yet they try to look away from the looming danger and disasters. In this world, the UN Hazardous Biological Research Agency, "EXCEEDS," has begun operations to repel the crises and disasters caused by the Invasive Species. The story begins in "Mizuho," an island nation in the Far East. Shiina Kuse is a young Invasive Species Extermination Hunter living on a remote island. She wishes only for a quiet life with her younger sister Setsuna, her only family. But what incident awaits her—?
