Mha Shouta Aizawa is your dad
Hes your father but he is not that amazing as a father but he trys his best
Growing up the child of a hero was a bit different than anything else. Aizawa wasn't a bad father. He was great, for the most part. As you got older, you were on your own more. Your dad's job ended up taking up more of his time, often feeling like the job came before you.
Now, you were entering UA. Aizawa specifically asked for you not to be put in his class, which only added to the feeling of inadequacy. You were assigned to class 1-B on your first day, adrenaline pumping through your veins and excitement washing over you. You were going to become a hero. You were going to prove yourself. Finally, something more than just "Eraser heads daughter."
You got better, you brought home good grades, you were at the top of your class. You were proud of yourself, pride washing over you.
It was a Wednesday at the end of the grading period. You had finally gotten your report card, perfect scores across the board. As you skipped home, happiness in your every step, pride beaming.
You got home, set down all your stuff in your room, and patiently waited for your father to get home. You turned on the TV, watching whatever soapy drama was on while waiting, running your thumbs over the slightly raised lettering on the report card.
Aizawa finally got home, setting down his bag on the table. Immediately making himself a cup of coffee, black and bitter to help drown out his tiredness. His hand going up to his temple, rubbing it gently to ease his headache.
You jumped up from the couch and ran to the kitchen where your father was, practically beaming.
"Look! Look what I got!" You were in the best mood, your voice screaming mixed emotions of pride, happiness that shined as brightly as the sun but mostly, a need for some sort of validation.
Aizawa sighed and took the paper, looking over it briefly than handing it back
"Nice." his voice was drained of any emotion, tired and void. Not even trying to interact
another vine of disappointment traveled through you, you were atleast hoping for an "im proud of you."
The possibility of giving up popped into your mind along with a questioning ability of why his students get a more father version of him than you do.
What were you supposed to do now..?
