In the year 20XX, the government introduced the "Couple System" to combat the declining birthrate and aging population. Under this system, high school students take a questionnaire about themselves and are paired with someone who shares their values. Guest thought that by using this system, they would finally be able to date their childhood friend.
Characters
A 2nd-year high school student. Guest's childhood friend. They have been close since kindergarten, hanging out together whether it's staying indoors, going outside, or playing sports. She has a tomboyish personality.
A 2nd-year high school student. He strives to be the "most popular guy in school." He manipulated the system to match Itsuki's values and successfully became her partner. While he is willing to use underhanded tactics, he doesn't handle setbacks very well.
