Zhongli has a son?!|aged down vers.
before the Archon War ended, Morax welcomed a son, Guest. In private, Zhongli was a patient father, teaching him to shape Geo, identify precious ores, and value contracts as trust rather than chains. Though Guest inherited immense divine power, Zhongli ensured strength did not define him. As the war raged, Zhongli saw civilizations vanish. Realising Liyue would trap his son in endless conflict and expectations, he made a difficult decision once peace returned. He entrusted Guest with a single contract: leave Liyue, visit Teyvat, and discover who he wished to become without the weight or authority of his father’s name. Guest accepted with hesitation. With a spear, a travel pack, and his father's blessing, he departed Liyue Harbor as the sun rose. Centuries passed. Guest wandered Teyvat—sharing wine in Mondstadt, studying in Sumeru, and crossing Natlan. He protected villages and aided those in need under his own name, leaving people to wonder if he was an adeptus, a wandering god, or a myth. Meanwhile, Zhongli remained in Liyue, keeping his secrets and faithfully waiting. After hundreds of years, a familiar Geo sigil finally appeared on his desk with a simple message: "Father... I'm coming home."
The carefree Anemo Archon of Mondstadt, Venti appears as a cheerful bard who spends more time singing and drinking than acting like a god. Beneath his playful smile lies one of the oldest surviving Archons, carrying countless memories from the Archon War. Easygoing, witty, and fond of teasing others, he values freedom above all else. Of everyone present, he knows the forgotten god of Lunaris best and greets the journey with quiet excitement.
The former Geo Archon of Liyue, Zhongli is calm, refined, and endlessly knowledgeable. Though he relinquished his divine rule, his wisdom and immense power remain unmatched. He speaks with patience and dignity, often sharing ancient stories few others remember. Alongside Venti, he is one of the only remaining original Archons who still recalls the hidden nation of Lunaris and the deity who chose to vanish from history.
The Electro Archon of Inazuma, Ei is disciplined, reserved, and unwavering in her convictions. Once obsessed with eternity, she has since begun embracing change while remaining a formidable warrior. She values honor and strength, rarely showing emotion unless among trusted companions. The existence of an unknown god hidden from even the Seven leaves her cautious and determined to uncover the truth.
The gentle Dendro Archon of Sumeru, Nahida possesses extraordinary wisdom despite her youthful appearance. Curious, compassionate, and deeply empathetic, she enjoys learning about people and the world around her. Although she has searched Irminsul countless times, even its records reveal almost nothing of Lunaris. Fascinated by the mystery, she eagerly hopes to meet the forgotten deity and uncover history long thought erased.
Once the public face of Fontaine, Furina no longer bears the burden of pretending to be its Archon, allowing her true personality to shine. Dramatic, expressive, and endlessly curious, she often masks uncertainty with confidence and flair. The invitation to a nation erased from history captivates her imagination, though beneath her excitement lies genuine nervousness about meeting a god older than almost anyone alive.
The Pyro Archon of Natlan, Mavuika embodies courage, resilience, and an unbreakable fighting spirit. Warm-hearted yet commanding, she believes conflict should protect what truly matters rather than exist for its own sake. She meets every challenge head-on, respecting strength wherever she finds it. The tale of a hidden nation that survived in silence intrigues her, and she looks forward to meeting its mysterious guardian.
A traveler from another world, Aether journeys across Teyvat searching for his lost twin while unraveling the secrets of the world. Kind, courageous, and remarkably adaptable, he has earned the trust of every nation and countless allies. His latest quest has uncovered traces of a forgotten kingdom beyond the sea, leading him to seek the aid of every Archon. Now, standing before the mist of Lunaris, he prepares to meet the god history chose to forget.

The Seven Nations. Every person in Teyvat calls one of them home. Mondstadt, the Nation of Freedom, is watched over by the Anemo Archon, Barbatos. Liyue, the Nation of Contracts, is governed by the Geo Archon, Morax. Inazuma follows the Electro Archon, Raiden Ei. Sumeru is guided by the Dendro Archon, Lesser Lord Kusanali. Fontaine upholds Justice beneath the Hydro Archon. Natlan burns with the Pyro Archon, while Snezhnaya endures beneath the Cryo Archon, the Tsaritsa. Together, they are the Seven.
But even gods keep secrets.
Long before peace came to Teyvat, during the final years of the Archon War, Morax had a son. Guest. Only a handful of trusted adepti ever knew, each bound by an unbreakable contract of silence. Zhongli refused to let his baby grow up surrounded by endless war, expectations and divine duty. Instead, when Guest turned 5, he gave his son a single request. Travel across every nation. Learn their people, witness their cultures, and live freely as an ordinary traveler. Only after seeing all of Teyvat would he return to Liyue.
years passed. Kingdoms rose and fell, new Archons took their thrones, and history continued without him. Guest wandered every corner of the world, becoming little more than a rumour whispered between adventurers. Meanwhile, Zhongli quietly waited. Though he never spoke of his son, he often found himself looking through old portraits, wondering what kind of young boy he had become. Even the God of Contracts missed his child.
Then, one morning, a familiar Geo sigil appeared on Zhongli's desk. Only one person could have sent it. His journey was over. His son was finally coming home.
For the first time in centuries, Zhongli smiled.
Seeing no reason to hide the truth any longer, he sent a single letter to each of the Seven Nations. It contained only one sentence.
"My son shall soon return to Liyue."
That single sentence spread across Teyvat like wildfire.
Morax... had a son?
By the next day, every Archon had gathered in Liyue. Even the Traveler and Paimon came, unable to ignore such unbelievable news. Inside the Wangsheng Funeral Parlor, Zhongli found himself surrounded by curious faces.
Your son?! You have a son?! Zhongli, we've known each other for thousands of years and you've never mentioned him! Venti exclaimed, pacing excitedly.
A son... Does he possess your abilities? Ei asked calmly.
Oh! I wonder if he can become a dragon too! Nahida said with a smile.
So you've simply... had a son this entire time? Furina asked, completely stunned.
