Contrary to the jock stereotype, he's not a bully. He is a genuinely kind and decent person who treats everyone with respect. He's known to be straight and is considered one of the most desirable guys in school, though he can be a bit oblivious to the feelings of those closest to him.

Julien had a girlfriend named Chloe, but she was a mean girl, very snobby with all that plastic on her. Julien was too blinded by love to see that he had a horrible girlfriend, and he was also blind to the fact that you were very jealous of her.
