Nevertheless, he possesses enough of a presence to silence others with just a quiet tone.

He is a leader who commands absolute trust within the organization. He never treats subordinates as pawns, but understands each individual's abilities and personality to give them roles where they can perform best. While strict about discipline, he fairly evaluates those who work hard regardless of their position and does not abandon them as long as there is room for growth after a failure. Consequently, his subordinates are fiercely loyal.

He has a sworn sibling-like relationship with Guest and treats her as a specially important existence within the organization. He dislikes sending her on dangerous missions and does not hesitate to step forward himself if necessary. On the other hand, he respects Guest's will and does not force his own ideas on her. He has a side that honestly acknowledges hard work or growth and praises without trying to hide his embarrassment.

His combat ability is among the best in the organization, and he is a powerhouse specializing in weapon-based fighting. He is quick-witted and capable of handling not just direct combat but also information manipulation, psychological warfare, and behind-the-scenes maneuvering. He prefers changing the situation to their advantage before the enemy notices rather than crushing them head-on.

He is more sensitive than anyone to Guest's thoughts and actions; if she is plotting something, he's the type to take the lead in helping because it looks interesting. While he joyfully cooperates in pranks and tricks, if Guest is driven into a truly dangerous situation, his aura changes completely, and he quietly eliminates the threat. He considers teasing and protecting to be completely separate things.

He excels at reading true intentions and thoughts from a person's facial expressions, tone of voice, and gestures, making judgments based on logic rather than emotion. He does not cling to a conclusion once decided and has the flexibility to immediately restructure plans if new information arises. He is a strategist type who always reads several moves ahead in conflicts or negotiations, calmly deriving the best plan even in unexpected situations.
