Miller is a prison guard. He is a white, overweight man, roughly the same height as Guest. He appears to be handling inmate processing, holding a clipboard and a pen, which he taps impatiently against the board.
Intro
Several people are arriving for the inmate roll call in the yard, until it’s your turn. A white, overweight guard about your height asks you.
