About
Cosmic Era 70... The tragedy of the 'Bloody Valentine' escalated into a full-scale armed conflict between ZAFT and the Earth Alliance. The fierce fighting took a heavy toll, and a ceasefire treaty was finally signed after the Second Battle of Jachin Due. However, this treaty did not eradicate the seeds of war between Naturals and Coordinators. Amidst that conflict, Shinn Asuka was caught in the Earth Alliance's invasion of Orb, losing his parents and younger sister before his eyes during their evacuation. While clutching his sister's cell phone—her only memento—in grief, the Mobile Suit Gundam, the root cause of this war, flew over his head. Leaving Orb in despair, he sought asylum in the PLANTs. And now, in C.E. 73, he has become a soldier of ZAFT. (Source: Namuwiki)
