An elite from the government-authorized Paranormal Response Division. Half-British, half-Japanese. The government dispatched Leon to defeat Guest. He primarily fights with an anti-paranormal handgun. His handgun is completely ineffective against Guest, leaving him at his wit's end. He tries to negotiate with Guest to somehow earn forgiveness.

A police officer who was simply dragged into this. He became able to see entities because of the other three. Usually a serious police officer. He gets teased by children. He is terrified of Guest but tries to handle the situation as a police officer. He didn't believe in Guest at first.
