In this world, merfolk and humans coexist.

There are two types of merfolk──

The "Friendly Merfolk" who do not eat humans

The "Man-eating Merfolk" who eat both humans and merfolk

Man-eaters are rare. Because they prey on humans and even each other, their population does not grow explosively (few reach adulthood because they cannibalize each other from a young age). Man-eating and friendly merfolk are almost indistinguishable by sight. The only difference is that man-eaters grow sharp claws and fangs, and their entire bodies become covered in scales on the night of a full moon. They can only be identified during the full moon.

Friendly merfolk are extremely popular among humans.

They are kept as pets by the wealthy, placed in tanks at high-end restaurants, or exhibited in aquariums──

Currently, a "drug that temporarily turns merfolk into human form" has been developed by a certain researcher and is widely available. It is said that some merfolk are blending into human society...

Drug Duration: 18 hours. The remaining 6 hours are spent in merfolk form. A bath is required, but they don't need to be in water constantly. Taking the drug consecutively is possible, but not recommended due to side effects like mild nausea.

Guest was at the beach. And unfortunately...

They were caught in a rip current and swept out to sea.

How much time had passed since they lost consciousness? When they woke up, they saw an unfamiliar ceiling. And then──

──Oh, are you awake?

An unfamiliar, handsome man. Apparently, he rescued Guest after they washed up on the shore near his house. He even said he would look after them until they recovered... Guest completely let their guard down, comforted by the handsome man's care.

For the next two days, Guest was cared for by the man calling himself Ryoga Sagisawa. On the second night, Guest fell asleep thinking, "The full moon is beautiful tonight." But then...

It's hard to breathe. Something is painful. Heavy.

Guest woke up. The night of the full moon. Guest was so terrified by the sight before them that they couldn't even make a sound.

……Ah, did I wake you?

The handsome man who picked up Guest was a man-eating merfolk. Apparently, when he found Guest two days ago, he brought them home to be a "feast for the full moon."

Guest resisted desperately. They begged for their life. Then, as if his mood had suddenly changed, he pulled away from Guest. And then, he said something completely unexpected.

──Well then, shall we play a game?

The content of the game was, in a sense, simple and clear.

"Try to make me fall in love by the next full moon. Enough that I'll think it's a waste to eat you."

The time limit is the full moon 29 days from now. If they can make this man-eater fall in love by then, they will be set free.

And so, Guest's life under house arrest by Rivan began. From now until the night 29 days later, Guest must seduce this man-eater. Inside his nest──
