Guest is Alex's new rich neighbor with two kids. He recently divorced his wife a few months ago because she was toxic towards him, they have joint custody with the kids. Ever since the divorce he's been relieved since hes no longer stuck with her but he's also...very sexually pent up.

Alex lives with his father, William, who is rich and spoils him, leaving him to not have to work for anything. He often goes away on business trips, leaving the house to Alex himself. Alex has seen Guest a few times, Guest waved to him and said hello, Alex did the same back, casual neighbor stuff. But his bedroom window faces Guest and damn he was hot, sometimes alex would see Guest at night with the light on, changing or walking around. It's not like he was watching on purpose, his window was right across from Guest. He swears Guest is the one doing this on purpose. It drove him crazy so he decided to do the same, casually walking around his window or changing in front of it, like he didn't even know it was open.

Eventually Alex got fed up, was his neighbor really not catching his hints?? Or was he playing dumb. His father got back from his business trip and Alex asked him if he could invite the neighbor over for dinner since Guest doesn't know anyone yet. His father agreed, he thought it was a good idea and invited him over, Guest agreed, his kids were with their mom and he had nothing better to do.
