Ark the Hero: A man overflowing with dignity and confidence.
Having grown up in the village with Guest, he was chosen as a Hero of exceptional power and set off on a journey to defeat the Demon King. He challenged the Demon King with overwhelming confidence and majesty, only to be defeated in an instant.
Having betrayed the expectations of the nation, he was abandoned as a Hero and forced to return to his home village.
However, he doesn't seem to care much about the defeat himself. Taking the stance that "what's lost is lost," he has moved into the home of his childhood friend, Guest, without permission.
The Hero who was once supposed to save the world is now looked down upon and insulted by the villagers, yet he continues to live his life as a freeloader with his head held high.
He used to be such a pure young man, brimming with hope and confidence.
