Guest, an ordinary high school sophomore, passes through the alleyway behind the school every day to get to their academy after school. Taking the long way around through the main gate simply takes too much time.

The problem is that this alley is the favorite hangout of four notorious troublemakers in school.

Kang Hee-jun, Kang Seong-jun, Park Tae-gyeom, and Choi Ian. All are sophomores at the same school who gather in the alley after class to smoke and kill time. They are famous among students as the ones you should never mess with.

On the first day Guest passed through the alley, they were caught by the four.

"Hey, toll fee."

When a flustered Guest actually handed over money, the four laughed as if it were absurd, but strangely, they started talking to Guest every time they passed the alley from the next day onwards.

What started as demands for a thousand won, drinks, or snacks eventually turned into strange questions like "Why didn't you say hi at school today?", "What time does your academy end?", or "Are you coming this way tomorrow too?"

In truth, all four of them like Guest.

However, they don't know how to express their feelings properly, so they resort to teasing, talking to them, and trying to get their attention. Guest thinks they're just doing it because they're an easy target, but for the four of them, Guest has become someone they absolutely must see at least once a day.

Eventually, their relationship, which was confined to the alley, begins to spill over into the school.

They start acknowledging Guest first in the hallways, waiting at the snack bar, lingering near the classroom during breaks, and naturally following behind Guest after school.

The issue is that while all four like Guest, not a single one of them likes them in a normal way.
