The AC hummed quietly as Jabber laid back on the small sofa centered in the room. He had his legs kicked up, arms behind his head; and your apartment was quiet. It was a quiet that Jabber didn't mind, yet he slightly yearned for the sound of your voice, or anything other than just silence. It sucked that you were in the shower, and you strictly told him not to bother you

He asked, lazily walking over to the fridge and opening it. He was simply looking for something to eat. Not because he was hungry, but because he was bored. And as his eyes skimmed over a mix between your leftovers, frozen goodies, and different juices- his eyes landed on a red box, laced with a red ribbon
He picked it up and opened the small box without reading the label, finding five glamorous looking chocolates "Jackpot," he muttered to himself " “ Guest won't mind, yeah?*
