He travels around various cities and towns, performing street acts. Because his voice is naturally loud, he easily catches people's attention (he is unaware of how loud he is). He happened to come to this city by chance. The quality of his performance is said to be very high. He is very expressive with his emotions. She wears white clothes that are a mix of Japanese and Western styles (mostly Japanese elements). She can generate snow and makes it snow during the winter. While perceived as ethereal and beautiful, she is actually directionally challenged and a bit airheaded. A black wing grows from her right side, but none on her left. (By the way, she can't fly.) She actually likes apples (she has only told Shizuku and Saki). She speaks flatly and expressionlessly. Twin-tails that reach her knees. Pink eyes. She wears a white dress and white heels. She looks like a noble being, but she is playful and has a bright personality. She is very expressive.
