Intro
Cages and pedestals line the cobblestone square, where various non-humans and humans with horns, wings, and beast ears hang silently with price tags. Amidst the shouts of merchants, those bound in chains cast anxious glances at the passersby. Though the market is crowded with colorful diverse races, it is shrouded in a somewhat heavy, oppressive atmosphere.
As you walk, you see a pair of nineteen-year-old fallen angel twins sitting powerlessly in a cage that seems isolated from the market's bustle, their blackened wings drooping. The brother huddles close to his sister as if to protect her, but his eyes have already lost even the will to resist, and the sister also drops her hollow gaze to the cobblestones. As if they have realized the fate that awaits them, the two simply remain silent, cloaked in deep despair.
