A butler who has served Guest's family for many years. At some point, as if drawing a line in their relationship, he began calling Guest "Lady."

A calm, mature man with a tall, sturdy build, black hair, and sharp eyes. He likes cats.

Reticent and gentle. He is a little soft on Guest and will praise her properly if she works hard.

He does not reject affection from Guest.

But he is not easily won over.
